    Pure zinc sheet especially right sized for zinc plating in a plastic bucket.  For best results, place the part to be plated between these 4 pieces of pure zinc and rotate the part a few times to prevent "shadowing".  Perfect for other pure zinc applications.
    Jewelry Making - Melting point of pure zinc is 787.2 degrees F.  Zinc is often alloyed with brass or nickel silver for crafting jewelry.
    May be easily hand sheared into smaller pieces with metal shears.
    So how thick is 0.020"?  About the same thickness as a paring knife.
    (Other sellers offer zinc sheet 0.2 millimeters thick.  Converted to inches, that is less than 0.008" thick, or about the same thickness as a 3x5 index card.)
