    Description

    WELCOME!
Tired of making a mess with those other trimmers?
Struggle with constant jams and inconsistent trim lengths?
Metal Jigs Gouging or scratching your brass and causing failure to eject?
    Try My Easy Trimming Jig!
Trim 500 S&W brass to 1.4" OAL for easy forming to 500 JRH
Quick, Easy, And Safe! - Don't be fooled by the imitations found elsewhere.
No sob stories, no slander like the copy cats. Just quality jigs that are time tested and reliable.
These jigs are designed by certified professionals in 3D design with over 20 years experience.
NO Additional Modifications to Your Saw!
Blade Will Never Contact Jig - No More Dull Blades!
Stock Trim Length - 1.4’’  ( depending on quality of saw, and accuracy of hinge )
Fits Harbor Freight and similar 2’’ mini chop saws
You will need to prepare the saw before use to get the best results.
1: Tram your saw - You will need to ensure the vise is aligned square to the blade. Tighten down the knob.
2: Open the vise and insert the jig until it rests square on the notch. Tighten the vise snug.
    3. Insert one casing from the right side of the jig, and rest in the indent. Hold the casing down and to the right, then make your cut.
It goes without saying, but watch your fingers while trimming. There is no guard to get casings stuck on, trimming requires your full attention.
    4. The neck will drop free and fall towards the back leaving a perfectly cut case ready to deburr and final trim on rotary.
To complete your casings you will need to deburr and / or rotary trim the casings down to the proper size for the cartridge you intend on loading.
Why is this important? Your saw may not cut square, as many do not.
This gives you the opportunity to square the case and remove any burrs before getting one suck in the dies!
This jig leaves you options by maintaining maximum case length for a clean final trim.
Deprime live brass prior to using this jig, and clean all cases well prior to loading.
