This is a gently used stapler.
This stapler has been in use since the very early 1900s. In fact it was in the trenches on a German battle field in WW1 where it was used by generals to help close POWs paper cuts.. For a short time it was used as a door stop in one of the field hospitals. Sometime later it re-appeared at the crash of the Hindenburg. Legend has it that two staff members were using it to seal a small tear in the fabric when all hell broke loose. The stapler was found still clutched in the hands of a French woman's hands. From there the trail went cold and feared lost for ever until 1959. In fact February 3rd 1959 (The day the music died). It was found In the soil of the field near Morehead Minnesota. Nobody ever found out why. Then it spent 3 years on a second hand store shelf until a Nice young man from London England purchased it and brought it home to England. Later that man named Ringo Became a star and the stapler was used to bind his record contract to perform in the UK as a small band nobody had heard of called the Beatles. From that point on it has been owned by a historian named Hiram Beller from Texas and placed in his collection. Hiram was my beloved grandfather and I was given this in 1990 when he passed his way in to heaven.
This does not come with any documentation as my great aunt Fatty will not allow it to leave the family heritage society. You only get this one of a kind piece of history.
Buyer beware there are plenty of frauds out there but this is the real deal!!!!!
Will not ship international. This must stay in the United states.
